How It Works

  • Step one - Consultation - Free

    We do an in home consultation to identify what issues you may be experiencing with the tech in your home. This is roughly a 30 minute consultation where you explain to us what you have issues with on a daily basis.

  • Step two - Plan Options

    After the consultation we will develop a plan that best suits your needs. Sometimes this is a one time fix, and other times this can be reoccurring visits monthly. This is also where we will determine a cost. Every single client has different needs so every single solutions is suited for you.

  • Step three - Action

    We get your tech fixed and show you how to use it. No more worries, no more stress, just tech working how it needs to. Part of the process is we show you how to use everything we are working on as well. Think of this like a free class along with us fixing any issues you may have.

  • Step four - Check in

    Once something is fixed doesn’t mean something else can’t go wrong. We all wish we could see the future, but we can’t. The next best option is excellent customer service. We check in multiple times to make sure you’re not having anymore issues. If you are we will be there to help!
